Este é o Ano Frutificar do Opus Tutti em que realizaremos várias acções para fazer chegar a mais pessoas as ideias criadas e testadas na Fundação Gulbenkian e no Centro Infantil Roseiral. É neste sentido que estamos a trabalhar no PaPI - (Peça a Peça Itinerante). Depois da criação de um conjunto de peças músico teatrais portáteis (ciclo este que designámos como Peça a Peça, constituído por obras chamadas Opus), a Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian apoia agora a sua disseminação. Para que, para além do Roseiral, outras creches possam beneficiar desta "boa prática" concebida no âmbito do Projecto Opus Tutti.
Este ano, o Teatro Municipal São Luiz já se associou à implementação desta "boa prática" e é assim que, além de acolher diversas iniciativas destinadas à primeira infância, proporcionará também a apresentação de quatro dos Opus em quatro creches da vizinhança do Teatro (Creche Nossa Senhora do Bom Conselho, Jardim Infantil da Lapa, Centro Social e Paroquial da Pena e Casa de Infância de S. Vicente). Para que os mais pequenos possam partilhar estes momentos especiais na companhia das suas educadoras e auxiliares de educação e vir também ao Teatro na companhia das suas famílias.
Foi assim com o Opus 1 nos dias 7 e 11 de Janeiro na creche e no Teatro respectivamente.

Frutificar – Bearing Fruit
This is the year where Opus Tutti Bears Fruit and we will be running various activities so that more people can experience the ideas created and tested in the Gulbenkian Foundation and the Roseiral Childcare Centre. And as part of this we are working on PaPi (Peça a Peça Itinerante - Travelling Play to Play). Having created a set of portable musical-theatre pieces (a season that we baptized Play to Play, made up of works called Opus), the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation is now supporting a wider distribution. This will mean that other crèches besides the Roseiral can benefit from the “best practice” conceived as part of the Opus Tutti Project.
This year, the Municipal Theatre of São Luiz has already joined in with the application of this “best practice” and as such, besides hosting a wide range of activities aimed at early childhood, it will also be responsible for showing four of the Opus works in four crèches in its neighbourhood (Nossa Senhora do Bom Conselho Crèche, Lapa Kindergarten, the Social and Parochial Centre of Pena and the S.Vicente Childcare Centre). These initiatives mean that very young children can share these special moments in the company of their childhood teachers and educational assistants and also come to the theatre accompanied by their family.
This was how it was with Opus 1 on the 7 and 11 January in the crèche and the Theatre respectively.
